We understand that many of our items are purchased for weddings and/or gifts. If you have a specific time constraint please be sure to notify us immediately so we can expedite your order. Shipping & Processing Time
Q: How long do orders take to process?
A: Most of our items are made here in the USA, as a result most ordered items are manufactured upon completion of checkout. It is reasonable to expect your item to leave our dock in 2-5 business days.
Q: What method is usually used to ship my item?
A: Most items are shipped USPS Ground with Delivery Confirmation.
Q: Can we expedite shipping or use another carrier?
A: Yes, the other carrier we offer is UPS. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, additional fees will be assessed at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Q: What is the best way to find my ring size?
A: We recommend you go to your local jeweler and have your finger sized. If the purchase is a gift, we recommend you take a ring of the recipients to be sized at a jeweler.
Q: Can your rings be sized?
A: The Rings made entirely of 14k and Platinum can be sized. This is done for a fee depending on the size needed. Contemporary Metal Rings, Cobalt, Titanium, Damascus Steel, Carbon Fiber and Camo cannot easily resized. With these rings, we will usually replace with a new band for a fee.
Q: What sizes do you make your rings in?
A: Most styles are available from The Jewelry Source in sizes 5-15.5 in whole, half and quarter sizes.
Q: Is there an extra charge for Quarter Sizes?
Q: Can you make EXTRA Large ring sizes?
A: Larger sizes may be available on select styles. Please email us at email@example.com with the specific size and style desired to find out if the larger size can be made and what additional cost may apply.
Q: Are the rings you sell Licensed?
A: Yes, we sell Officially Licensed Rings. The two main brands we sell are RealTree & Mossy Oak.
Q: How do you get the camo pattern on the ring?
A: It is anodized and formed in a ring shape. Once shaped it is inlayed into a Titanium, Damascus, Black Zirconium or Precious Metal Ring.
Q: How should I care for my Camo Ring?
A: Like any piece of jewelry, if you are doing rough or extreme activities you should remove the ring. We offer inexpensive bands to wear during these occasions. If your camo ring gets dirty, we recommend cleaning it with warm soapy water and then thoroughly drying it with a soft cloth.
Animal Track Rings
Q: What metals do you make the Track Rings in?
A: Several track styles are availabe in Titanium, Cobalt, and Black Zirconium.
Q: Can you resize my Titanium Ring?
A: Titanium cannot be re-sized. However, a new ring in the new size needed can be made for a fee. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Q: Does Titanium scratch?
A: Yes, it can get small surface scratches, but does not ding and dent as easily as other metals such as Gold and Silver.
Q: What if my Titanium Rings scratches?
A: Send it to us and we will refurbish it for a small fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping & handling charges.
Q: Is Titanium Hypoallergenic?
Q:: Can Titanium Rings be removed in an emergency?
A: Yes, most standard ring cutters will remove a titanium ring.
Q: Do you offer inside engraving?
A: Yes, we have a state-of-the-art laser to engrave on the inside of our rings. There are character and letter count restrictions. And a $15.00 fee for the service. Please contact us for further details.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my purchase after it arrives?
A: At The Jewelry Source 100% satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is not what you expected please return the unworn, unaltered item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please email us with a delivery confirmation of the tracking number so our returns department can watch for it.
Q: How should I package the return?
A: Please package similar to the way the item arrived. Be sure not to label jewelry on the package to avoid theft in transit.
